Can antibiotics cause miscarriage in early pregnancy?

I took a course of antibiotics for throat infection before i knew i was pregnant, im only 5 weeks. now im tension le rahi hu ki kahi koi nuksaan na ho. planning to ask my gynac but wanted to hear if anyone went through this.
