Can anyone get her perfect stomach back after pregnancy?
My baby is 4 months now and my tummy is still loose and out. Honestly thoda demotivated feel ho raha hai. Did any of you actually get your stomach back to normal? Pls share what worked, need some hope.
My mother used to massage my stomach with warm mustard oil and tie a soft cotton dupatta tightly around my waist after delivery, which helped my belly go back in. It takes a lot of time, so be patient with your body and enjoy your baby first.
Having been through this twice, let me assure you that your body can definitely recover, but the 'perfect' pre-pregnancy stomach might look a little different, and that's okay. Focus on strengthening your core rather than just looking thin, and give yourself at least 6 to 12 months.
Our bodies go through so much from constant vomiting to growing a whole human being, so please be kind to yourself. It took me almost a year to feel like my old self again, but eating healthy home-cooked meals and doing gentle daily walks worked wonders for me.
I am in my 3rd trimester looking like a giant watermelon, so a flat stomach feels like science fiction right now! But I've seen so many moms get back in shape, so there is definitely hope for us once this little tenant finally decides to move out!
After my baby was born, I felt so emotional looking at my soft, loose belly skin in the mirror and even cried once. But slowly, with breastfeeding and daily walking, I felt my strength returning and my tummy started shrinking. It's a slow journey, but your body is amazing!
Actually, I did a lot of research and my doctor explained that your abdominal muscles stretch during pregnancy, and sometimes they split slightly, which is called diastasis recti. Getting your flat stomach back depends on healing that gap first with specific postnatal exercises, rather than standard crunches which can make it worse.
With a busy work schedule and a baby, finding time for a 1-hour gym workout was impossible. I started with a 15-minute home workout app focusing on core strength during the baby's nap time. It's totally doable, just be consistent and manage your time practically.
