Can anything other than pregnancy make me produce breast milk?

I'm not pregnant, but I've noticed a small amount of discharge from my breasts lately. It looks like milk. Can anything other than pregnancy or recent delivery cause breast milk production? I'm a bit concerned.

When I had my C-section, milk took 3 days to come, so seeing it without pregnancy is unusual. Please show a gynac soon, they can do a simple hormone check.
