I used to take ACV with warm water in the morning before pregnancy. Now im 11 weeks and not sure if i should continue ya stop it. Anyone still using it during preg?
If you're using it for digestion or weight tracking, keep it limited to a teaspoon in a big glass of water. Pasteurized is the way to go. If you are busy, just stick to simple warm water and lemon, it's easier and safer.
I remember having terrible heartburn and someone suggested diluted apple cider vinegar. It actually helped me feel a bit human again, but please make sure it's pasteurized. Sending you lots of love during this tough phase!
I used ACV pre-pregnancy for my insulin resistance, but during pregnancy, I was very cautious. Only use organic, pasteurized ACV and always dilute it heavily in water. It's safer to avoid unpasteurized ones to prevent any bacterial infection.
I drink ACV daily for my gut health, but I was wondering if I should stop it once we start trying. Glad to know pasteurized is okay, but I might just switch to warm lemon water to be totally safe.
It is generally safe if pasteurized, but since our body's metabolism is already sensitive, don't take it in large amounts. I always asked my doctor before adding anything new to my routine, especially with my thyroid follow-ups.
