My MIL made aradia at home and im not sure if i should have it now. Im in my first trimester so being extra cautious with everything. Anyone here ate it during these months?
For me, my focus was always on fresh, whole foods and staying active with gentle exercise, after my doctor gave the green light. I never ate anything I wasn't 100% sure about. 'Aradia' sounds unfamiliar, so I'd definitely recommend checking with your gynac.
Hi behna, with so many things to think about during pregnancy, new foods can be tricky. If you're asking about 'aradia', and it's not a common food, please, please check with your doctor first. Don't take any chances, okay?
I don't recall eating anything called 'aradia' during my pregnancy, and my doc never mentioned it. To be on the safe side, definitely ask your gynac before trying any new or unfamiliar food item. My advice is stick to simple, home-cooked food.
What is 'aradia'? If it's something unfamiliar or an herb, avoid it. Unless your doctor specifically tells you it's safe, don't consume anything you're unsure about during pregnancy. Simple rule for safety.
It's always better to be cautious with what you eat while carrying a precious life. If you're not sure what 'aradia' is, maybe stick to foods you know are safe. Stay positive and take good care of yourself, God will bless you.
Aradia? I haven't come across that in any of my pregnancy diet lists or discussions. Is it some kind of supplement or a local thing? I'm always so careful about what goes into my body right now. Maybe it's better to avoid if we're not sure?
