Saw aspirin mentioned somewhere for pregnancy and got confused if its safe ya not. I will obviously check with my gynac before taking anything, just wanted to know what others have heard about it.
Please consult your gynac before taking even a single tablet. Aspirin can affect blood clotting, so taking it without a doctor's guidance is not safe at all.
Do not take normal aspirin from the local medical shop. If you have a headache, try a cold compress or just ask your clinic doctor for a safe alternative.
Never self-medicate with aspirin or any painkiller during pregnancy. Just call your doctor's assistant and get a safe prescription over WhatsApp to save time.
Don't take arbitrary medicines and end up with expensive complications or emergency hospital visits. Just get a standard, low-cost prescription from your regular doctor.
