I checked this with the senior sonologist during my anomaly scan at Max Hospital. They clearly told me that behavioral conditions like autism cannot be seen on any fetal scans.
I understand your anxiety, especially after going through so many tests. But autism is not something they can detect in the womb, so please try to stay peaceful.
From my experience with high-risk pregnancies, routine scans only check physical growth. It's best to talk to a developmental pediatrician or your gynac for clear answers.
