Can ayurveda treat patients undergoing d&c to conceive?
I recently had a D&C and am hoping to conceive soon. My elders are suggesting I try Ayurveda for recovery and to help with conception. I wanted to know if Ayurveda can really help in such cases.
Having PCOS made my conception journey so complicated and I was always tempted to try Ayurveda myself. But after any uterine procedure, things are very delicate down there. Just share your plans with your doctor first because some ayurvedic herbs can actually mess with your hormone levels.

Actually, my tracker apps showed that cycles can take quite some time to regulate post D&C. Ayurveda might have some herbs but honestly there is no proper clinical data on how they affect the uterine lining right after a procedure. Better to track your natural ovulation first and see how your body is recovering.
