Can baby heart beat start at 7wek early pregnancy?

I have my scan coming up next week and il be around 7 weeks then. Im so nervous and hopeful that they will be able to show me the heartbeat by then. Did u all hear it at 7 weeks or is it usually later?

Yes! At my 7 week scan we saw the heartbeat and I felt my own heart skip. That tiny flicker on screen is the most amazing thing. Some see it a bit earlier or later, so dont worry if timing differs slightly.

Yes, around 6 to 7 weeks it usually shows on scan. So normal.

Yes, around 6-7 weeks it typically shows up on the ultrasound. Both my scans showed it by then. If they dont catch it right away they just repeat the scan, so dont panic.

My doctor explained the heartbeat usually becomes visible on scan around 6-7 weeks. Sometimes if dates are slightly off they call you back a week later to confirm, which is normal. So 7 weeks is very much possible.
