Can baby's complexion improves by drinking coconut water in pregnancy?
My saas keeps telling me to drink nariyal pani daily, saying baby will be fair and clean skin. I do drink it because it feels good in this heat, but i dont really believe this fairness wala part. Koi sach me ye baat hai ya bas a myth?
Beta, it's a very common belief, and I heard it a lot too when I was pregnant. While coconut water is definitely good for hydration and has nutrients, a baby's complexion is entirely genetic. What's more important is to focus on a healthy diet for the baby's overall well-being, not just external features. Trust me, every baby is beautiful.
Haan, I heard that too! If only it were that simple, we'd all be having super fair babies, haha. Coconut water is great for hydration and electrolytes, definitely healthy. But complexion, darling, that's all genetics! Enjoy your coconut water for its health benefits, not for any skin tone magic.
Honestly, there's no scientific evidence for that, it's mostly a myth. Baby's complexion is determined by genetics from both parents. Coconut water is hydrating and good for you in pregnancy, especially to avoid dehydration and replenish electrolytes, which is a big plus. Just focus on a healthy, balanced diet overall.
Oh my god, I wish! Then I'd be chugging coconut water all day, haha. It's super refreshing and helps with acidity sometimes, so that's a win-win. My craving for chilled coconut water was real, but complexion? Nah, that's just a sweet old wives' tale, I think. Still, enjoy it!
Hahaha, that's like saying if you eat a lot of chocolate, the baby will come out looking like a Dairy Milk bar! No, yaar, baby's complexion depends on genetics from both sides, pura lottery system hai. Drink coconut water because it's tasty and hydrating, not for some mythical fairness cream effect, okay?
