My period is a few days late and ive had this dull lower back ache for some days now. Trying not to read too much into it but my mind keeps going there. Did anyone get back pain as an early sign?
I felt this dull lower back pain in my early weeks and thought period was coming. Turned out I was pregnant. So yes it can be, but it confused me a lot at first.
Mild back ache can be normal, but please note severe or sharp back pain, specially with bleeding or fever, is not something to ignore. I had to get checked once for that. When in doubt call your doctor.
Yes mild lower back ache can be an early sign for some, due to hormonal changes. But it can also just be regular period type back pain. If your period is missed, test to be sure rather than guessing from back pain alone.
