Can betamethasone cause breat leaking during pregnancy?

Doc gave me this injection couple days ago and now i noticed slight leaking from breast, im 32 weeks. Got a bit scared seeing it and wondering if its connected to that injection. Will ask my gynac for sure but wanted to know if anyone experienced same.

This is something only your doctor can answer properly since betamethasone is a serious medicine they give for specific reasons. Breast leaking late in pregnancy can happen on its own too. Please ask the doctor who prescribed it, dont guess from internet.

Beta dont link things on your own when it is a prescribed medicine. A little leaking from breasts later in pregnancy is common. But since you are on this medicine, just call your doctor and ask directly, they know your case.

When I was given that injection for baby's lungs, the nurse explained it's for the baby, not really linked to milk leaking. Some leaking in third trimester is normal anyway as body preps for feeding. But do confirm with your own doctor for your situation.
