Can biocetamol 500 mg be harmful during pregnancy?
I had a bad headache yesterday and someone at home gave me this tablet before i realised i should have checked first, im 8 weeks. Now im worried whether it could affect the baby. Planning to ask my gynac but wanted to hear if anyone knows about this one?
Paracetamol type medicines are often considered okay in pregnancy at the right dose, but I never took anything without my gynac saying yes first. Please dont self medicate, just message your doctor about the brand and dose. They know your full history.
I'd never take any tablet in pregnancy on my own, even the common ones. Call your gynac, ask about this exact medicine and dose, takes two minutes. Better safe than sorry yaar.
