My period is around 4 days late and instead i'm seeing this brownish black spotting, very little. Havent tested yet, was waiting for actual period. Did anyone get dark spotting like this before they found out they were pregnant?
My doc explained that dark or black spotting is usually just older blood that took time to come out, can happen around implantation. She said only worry if its bright red, lots of it, or with strong pain. So a little dark spotting alone is often okay, but mention it at your appointment.
Old blood looks dark brown or black, thats normal sometimes in early days. But if its heavy or with cramps thats a different thing. Just note how much it is and tell your gynac at the visit.
Light spotting can be normal but mera case alag tha so I get a bit cautious about this. If you are even slightly unsure, please just call your doctor and ask. Better than sitting and googling all night.
I had this exact thing before my test came positive. It was brownish black, just for a day, and honestly I felt so scared thinking period aa gaya. Turned out it was implantation. But everyone is different na, so dont go only by my story.
