Can body heat cause light spotting during pregnancy?
Noticed very light spotting today and someone told me it could just be body heat. Im around 7 weeks and obviously worried. Planning to call my gynac but wanted to hear if this happened to anyone else.
Beta elders often say garmi causes spotting and ask to eat cooling foods. Thoda thanda khana and water is fine, but spotting ko ignore mat karna. Doctor ko zaroor dikha do to be safe.
Honestly I used to panic at every spot. I learned to just call my doctor instead of googling heat reasons. Pls dont stress alone, ring your gynac and let her check, thats the only real way to know.
Body heat is more of a belief, spotting in pregnancy should always be told to your doctor. I had light spotting and got it checked, turned out fine, but better safe. Please call your gynac and mention it.
I wouldnt blame it on body heat. Light spotting can happen for many reasons early on and is sometimes normal, but it always needs a doctors confirmation. Dont self diagnose, get it checked.
