I was tracking temperature while trying and now after positive test it seems lower than before. I dont know if I measured wrong or if it means anything. Did anyone see body temp changes in early pregnancy?
Body temp actually stays a bit higher in early pregnancy, not lower. That little warm feeling is normal because of progesterone. If u r feeling super cold or shivery with fever then thats different, get it checked.
Honestly i wouldnt read too much into temperature alone. If u feel cold along with dizziness or weakness pls check with ur gynac, low energy can have other reasons. Take care.
I felt warmer than usual in my first few weeks honestly, never colder. I kept asking my husband if the fan was off haha. So I dont think temp goes down, atleast it didnt for me.
If u track BBT, it usually stays elevated after ovulation when pregnant, doesnt drop. A drop normally means period coming. So lower temp isnt really an early pregnancy sign na.
My amma always said body runs warm in pregnancy, not cold. I felt the same. But if u r feeling chills or weak constantly pls do mention to ur doctor, better safe.
