My mom makes boiled raw banana sabzi at home and i love it, but someone told me bananas are heaty and should be avoided. Now im confused if boiled is fine. anyone been eating this during pregnancy?
It's safe but I'll just say banana is a bit high in sugar, so if you have GD like I did, keep the portion small and pair it with something. For most others it's totally fine.
Yes ya, we eat nendrapazham and boiled banana a lot down south, totally fine. It's good energy and easy on the tummy. Just normal portion, not too much at once.
Boiled banana is perfectly safe and actually filling. I used to have it for breakfast in pregnancy, kept me full and helped with the constipation. Go for it.
Beta we always gave boiled banana mashed with little ghee, very good for energy and digestion. Nothing to worry. Just eat in moderation like everything.
Yes and it's such a cheap healthy snack na. I leaned on bananas and seasonal fruit a lot instead of fancy expensive stuff. Boiled or raw both work fine.
