My doc told me to add protein so i started having boiled egg in the morning. But can i eat it on empty stomach or it will cause acidity? im 16 weeks and already get gas easily. pls share.
I ate boiled eggs almost daily during my pregnancy, and even post my C-section for quick tissue recovery. Eating it in the morning is great for energy. Just make sure it’s freshly boiled and fully cooked.
I lived on boiled eggs in my first trimester because it was the only protein I could digest without throwing up! My toddler is super active now, and I still remember those early morning egg cravings. Go ahead and eat, it is completely safe and healthy.
I completely understand questioning every single bite you take because you want to protect your baby. Eating a boiled egg on an empty stomach is actually very healthy and gives great protein. Just make sure it is fully hard-boiled and not runny at all, ok?
It is absolutely fine and actually a great source of morning protein. Just make sure the egg is hard-boiled to avoid any risk of salmonella. Skip the runny yolk completely during these months.
Yes, you can eat it. Eggs are an excellent source of choline and protein for the baby. Just ensure they are cooked hard, no raw or soft-boiled eggs at all. Eat it with a toast if plain egg makes you feel heavy.
Yes, sweetie, you can definitely eat a boiled egg in the morning. It will actually give you good energy and help with morning weakness. Just sprinkle a little salt and pepper, make sure it is cooked well, and have a glass of warm water too.
Boiled eggs are perfect for breakfast, even on an empty stomach. I used to have one daily in my second trimester to keep my energy up. It is light on the stomach and very good for baby’s growth.
