Honestly, my BP actually went down a bit in early pregnancy and I felt very dizzy, but I only got to know I was pregnant after doing the home strip test. Did you miss your period? Maybe do a test tomorrow morning!

No dear, blood pressure changes cannot confirm a pregnancy. You can have high or low BP due to stress, fatigue, or other reasons. Only a urine pregnancy test or beta hCG blood test can tell you for sure.
