Im around 6 weeks and i travel by bus daily for work, the roads here are so bumpy yaar. Every jerk makes me panic now. Is this actually something to worry about or am i overthinking?
Generally bus rides are okay. But if you ever get cramping, spotting or pain after travel, dont ignore it, call your gynac. I had a sensitive pregnancy so I was extra careful with long jerky journeys.
I took the bus to office through my whole first trimester, vibrations are totally fine. The only real thing is be careful not to fall or jerk while standing. Grab a seat whenever you can.
No beta, normal bus travel and vibration wont hurt the baby. It is safely cushioned inside. Just hold the rail, sit if you can, and dont stand on bumpy long routes if you feel uncomfortable.
Honestly I worried about this exact thing, every pothole made me nervous. But everyone reassured me and my doc laughed and said baby is fine in there. So please dont lose sleep over it like I did.
