My platelets were low recently and someone at home suggested caripill since im also recovering after delivery. Baby is 3 weeks old and im breastfeeding. Wanted to know if its fine for me right now, will check with doc also.
Caripill is usually given for low platelets, so this is really a doctor question, not a self decision. Please dont take it on your own after delivery. Ask your gynac if it suits your situation.

If you are breastfeeding, whatever you take goes through to baby in some way, so any tablet should be cleared by your doctor first. I never took anything postpartum without checking. Please confirm caripill with your doc before using.
