Can castor oil be used during pregnancy for fibroid?
I have a small fibroid that my gynac mentioned in the scan. Someone suggested castor oil packs for it but im not sure if its safe now that im pregnant. Thoda confused, has anyone here used it during pregnancy?
Oh dear, I totally understand how stressful it is to deal with fibroids when you are already dealing with so many pregnancy emotions. But honestly, please do not use castor oil right now, it can trigger contractions and is very unsafe for the baby. Sending you so much love, please talk to your gynac and let them guide you.
I also got so scared when I heard about fibroids in my early pregnancy and started searching for home remedies online. But my doctor explained they usually just sit there and don't harm the baby, so I relaxed. Castor oil is actually dangerous now, so please don't use it, just trust your doctor.
I just had my baby last month and I had a 3cm fibroid throughout my pregnancy. My doctor monitored it in every scan and it caused absolutely no issues, so please relax. But honestly, don't try castor oil, it can cause uterus contractions which is highly risky right now.
Please, please don't take any risk with castor oil during pregnancy. I've had a loss before, so I am extremely cautious, and castor oil is known to cause uterine contractions which is very dangerous. Kindly check with your doctor immediately before trying any such things, your safety is everything.
Oh god, castor oil will just make u run to the toilet every five minutes, please stay away! Jokes apart, it's actually really risky during pregnancy because it can trigger labor pain early. Better to ask your doctor for safe options instead of doing any dangerous experiments!
Actually, I am in my 5th month now and even I have a small fibroid, which makes me so anxious sometimes! But my doctor strictly told me to avoid any home remedies like castor oil as they can trigger early labor. Did any other moms here have fibroids too? How did u manage it?
Haan na, fibroids name itself sounds scary, but many women have it and deliver safely. But castor oil is absolutely not safe during pregnancy because it triggers contractions, ho na. Pls speak to your doctor once and don't try any home remedies on your own.
Look, let me tell you directly, castor oil during pregnancy is a big NO. It can stimulate the uterus and cause huge complications, so don't even think about it. If you have fibroids, your gynac is the only one who should prescribe any treatment, okay? Keep it simple and follow her advice.
Arey, castor oil sounds so bad anyway, I would rather focus on craving some hot samosas! But seriously, don't ingest or use it because it can trigger stomach issues and early contractions. Just enjoy some safe, tasty food and leave the fibroid treatment entirely to your gynac.
My back is already breaking in this 8th month, I can't imagine dealing with castor oil diarrhea on top of it! Seriously though, it's not safe during pregnancy as it can start early labor. Let the doctor handle the fibroid, we have enough exhaustion to deal with!
Fibroids need proper medical supervision during pregnancy, just like my thyroid did. Castor oil is definitely not safe as it can cause contractions and early labor. You should focus on regular check-ups with your gynac and let them monitor the fibroid size safely.
Beta, why take risk with these strong oils when you are pregnant? Castor oil is very strong and can cause severe stomach upset and contractions. If the fibroid is causing pain, just do light warm compresses or ask your doctor for safe pregnancy-safe tablets, keep it safe and simple.
