I ordered those strip wale tests online, like very cheap ones. Got a faint line and now im doubting if it can be wrong. Anyone used these, are they reliable or should i get the branded one?
Honestly, those internet bulk test strips actually work fine if you use them right, which saves a lot of money for future clinic visits and scans. But if you get a confusing result, don't keep buying more; just do one proper blood test or talk to a doctor to plan your budget and checkups early.
Those cheap strips can definitely be confusing with faint lines or errors. Since I had thyroid issues and needed early confirmation, I didn't take chances with internet tests and directly went to my gynac for a blood test and regular follow-ups.
Oh dear, I totally understand how stressful it is to stare at those test strips and doubt the results when you want this so badly. Those cheap tests can sometimes have faint lines that confuse us, so take a deep breath and maybe try a clearer digital one next time to put your mind at ease.
Why waste money on expensive digital tests when simple 50-rupee strip tests also work? Just make sure you use the first morning urine, as it has the highest hormone level. If it's still confusing, go to any local lab and get a beta-hCG blood test for 300 rupees, that is 100% accurate.
Mere saath bhi yehi hua tha, cheap strip showed negative but my saas said, 'chhoro ye plastic strips, body changes dekh'. She was right, I tested with a better brand later and it was positive! Sometimes those cheap ones just don't work properly.
