Can clinical urin test detect pregnancy in first two weeks?

Im in this waiting phase and so anxious to know. If i go to a lab and do the urine test, will it actually pick it up this early in like the first 2 weeks? or too soon still?

Too early for urine, blood test is the better option that soon.

In the very first two weeks the hcg may be too low even for a clinical urine test. My doctor said a blood beta hcg is more sensitive that early. For urine tests it is better to wait closer to the missed period.

Two weeks is usually too early for urine to show clearly. The blood test picks it up sooner than urine does. If you really want an early answer, go for the blood beta hcg.
