Got diagnosed with pcos last year and we are planning since few months now, nothing happening yet. Honestly im a little scared after reading stuff online. Anyone here who had pcos and still conceived naturally? Need some hope yaar.
Haan bilkul ho sakta hai. PCOS means thoda extra effort, regular doctor visits and patience. Dont read scary stuff online and panic, just start proper consultation with a gynac.
Yes you can, I have PCOS and I have a daughter now. It can take a bit more time and patience because periods r irregular, but it definitely happens. Just dont lose hope and stay in touch with a good gynac.
My doc explained PCOS mainly affects ovulation, so tracking and sometimes ovulation support helps a lot. She also said weight, diet and sleep make a real difference. Get the right tests done and follow her plan, chances are good.
Please dont let PCOS make u feel hopeless. Many women conceive naturally, some need a little help with medicines or treatment. Whatever path it takes, it's okay. Your doctor will guide u properly.
For me regular walking and cutting down on junk really helped my cycles become more regular before I conceived. But pls check with ur gynac first, everyone's PCOS is different.
I totally understand the fear behind this question. PCOS feels scary but it is not a full stop, just a speed breaker. So many of us here are PCOS moms. Trust your body and your doctor.
