Can constipation cause abdominal pain in early pregnancy?
Around 6 weeks now and my pet feels so tight and uncomfortable, constipation bohot ho gaya hai these days. There is a dull pain on lower side and im a little tense whether its the constipation or something else. did anyone go through this early on?
