Can constipation cause lower abdomen pain in 18weeks of pregnancy?

Im 18 weeks and having this dull pain in lower abdomen. My constipation is also really bad these days so wondering if both are connected. Thoda tension ho raha hai, planning to tell my gynac. anyone else felt this?
