Can coughing and sneezing cause bleeding in pregnancy?

I have a bad cold right now and im 14 weeks, every sneeze feels so strong like its pulling my tummy. Got scared whether so much coughing can lead to bleeding or harm baby. Planning to tell my gynac but wanted to ask here too.

Any bleeding in pregnancy needs a gynac, no guessing. Coughing alone usually wont cause it. Please call your doctor to be safe.

A sneeze can cause a sharp pulling pain sometimes, but bleeding is different. If there is any bleeding, thats a doctor matter, not a normal thing. Get it checked, dont assume its the cough.

Coughing or sneezing itself shouldnt cause real bleeding, so if you are actually seeing blood please call your gynac right away. I had some bleeding once and got it checked immediately, dont wait on this. Better safe than sorry.
