Im around 7 weeks and last few nights my arms suddenly cramp up, never had this before. Is this even a pregnancy thing or am i overthinking? anyone else felt this?
Mild arm cramps can be normal but if it comes with numbness, tingling or swelling that doesn't go away, please mention it to your gynac. I had some nerve issues and they wanted to keep an eye on it, so better safe.

Cramps in arms can happen, usually from circulation changes or low magnesium and calcium during pregnancy. I got them in my hands at night. Stretching and staying hydrated helped me a lot.
I had random cramps and aches and my doctor checked my calcium and thyroid levels too. Turned out my calcium was a bit low. Worth getting your routine bloodwork checked at your next visit just to be sure.
