My period finished a few days ago but i still get mild cramps on and off. We are trying this month so my brain is overthinking everything haha. Can cramping after periods actually mean something or am i reading too much into it?
If you actually got a full period, pregnancy is less likely, but light cramping can happen for many reasons like ovulation. The only sure way is a test. Don't read too much into cramps alone.
Cramps by themselves aren't a reliable sign beta. If the period was lighter than usual or you've a doubt, take a home test after a few days. No point stressing till you know.
