Getting mild cramps similar to period pain but my period isnt due for another few days. We've been trying this month so naturally im reading too much into everything. Did cramps turn out to be a good sign for anyone?
Light cramps can be normal early. BUT if its strong, sharp, one sided or comes with bleeding, please call ur gynac right away, dont wait. I had to get checked for similar n im glad i didnt ignore it.
Same here in my early weeks! Light pulling cramps low in the tummy. Did anyone else feel it more in the evenings? Mine were stronger at night n it scared me a bit but it was all fine.
Mild cramps yes, many of us feel them early when the embryo settles in. Feels just like period cramps. But its not a confirm sign on its own. Missed period plus a test is the real answer.

Yes, early on i felt these light cramps n was sure my period was coming, but it never did. I felt so confused. Turned out it was implantation type cramping. So mild ones can be a sign, but a test confirms it.
