These days my emotions are all over the place and i end up crying over small small things. Yesterday i cried a lot after an argument and now i feel guilty thinking it affected my baby. Does crying really harm them? im 20 weeks.
First, please dont feel guilty for crying, your feelings are valid. I cried a lot during my pregnancy from hormones and stress. An occasional cry wont harm the baby, but if you feel low often, do talk to someone.
I totally understand, the hormones make everything feel huge. A few tears here and there are completely normal mom. Just be gentle with yourself and lean on people who love you.
Normal crying is okay, but if you feel constantly sad, anxious or hopeless, please tell your doctor. Mental health matters in pregnancy too. There is help and no shame in asking.
Sweetheart, one good cry sometimes is actually a relief, dont worry about the baby. Just dont bottle things up. Talk to your partner or family and rest well, okay.
