Can ct scan show pregnancy?

Question

Im asking bcoz before i knew i was pregnant i had a ct scan done for something else. Now im a bit worried matlab would it have even shown the pregnancy, and is it safe? Planning to ask my doctor but wanted to know if anyone had similar.
