Sorry if this is awkward to ask here but i couldnt ask anyone else. We were careful and nothing went inside but it was near the area. Now im just overthinking and my period is due in few days. Is this even a real chance or am i panicking for no reason?
Honestly these things vary person to person. If you are unsure or anxious, just do a home test after a missed period or ask a gynac. Dont keep guessing.
There is a small chance if it is right at the opening, because sperm can travel. Its not common but not zero either. If you are worried about timing, better take a test after your missed period.
I had this same doubt when we started trying. Chances are low this way but possible. If you actually want to conceive, proper timing around ovulation works much better.
