We are trying for a baby since few months and I started cycling for fitness. Just wondering if the exercise actually helps with conceiving or if it makes no difference. anyone who was active during their ttc journey?
Staying active and at a healthy weight does help fertility, so cycling is good in that sense. But it doesnt directly make you conceive yaar. Just stay fit, eat well and track your fertile days.
Moderate exercise like cycling keeps you fit and healthy which definitely helps overall when trying. It's not a magic conception trick though. I kept to gentle workouts and walking, and checked with my doctor before anything intense.
