I have been craving dark chocolate so badly this trimester yaar. But im a little unsure about the caffeine part in it. Anyone been eating it through pregnancy without issues?
Honestly dark chocolate was my best friend during cravings, kept a bar in my bag always. I stuck to one or two pieces and felt much better than reaching for junk. Itd actually satisfy the craving fast.
Haan a small piece is totally fine, I had it through both my pregnancies. Just dont go overboard since it has caffeine too. A little square when you crave it, no guilt.
