My sugar levels have been high since 2 yrs and we are planning for baby now. MIL keeps saying it will be difficult for me which is honestly stressing me out. Anyone here conceived while being diabetic? pls share.
Yes she can, but managing the sugar well before and during is really important. I have PCOS and my sugars needed watching, so I worked closely with my doctor before trying. I wouldn't want to sound overconfident, every case is different, so please get proper guidance.
Please don't lose hope, it is very much possible. My journey was through IVF and I learnt that planning and proper medical support make a big difference. Whatever your path, lean on your doctor and take it one careful step at a time.
Yes dear, she can conceive. In my family one cousin is diabetic and she had a lovely healthy baby, but she was very disciplined with her doctor's plan. Elders gave their advice too, but she trusted the doctor for the sugar control part, which was wise.
Absolutely she can, many diabetic women have healthy pregnancies. The main thing is getting the sugar under good control before conceiving and staying on top of it after. Please don't worry, just work hand in hand with a good gynac and physician.
Yes it's possible. I had thyroid which also needs managing, and the key was regular doctor follow ups and keeping my levels in range. For diabetes I'd imagine it's similar, steady monitoring and not skipping appointments. Your doctor will guide the plan.
A diabetic woman can definitely conceive, but please plan it with your doctor first. I had some complications and my gynac stressed how much controlled sugar matters for both mom and baby. Pre pregnancy counselling really helped me, do consider it.
