Can dilatation and evacuation attempted cervical ectopic pregnancy?
Doctor mentioned cervical ectopic and the words are all going over my head honestly. Can D and E even be done in this case or is it risky? Trying to understand before my next appointment, pls help.
Cervical ectopic is very complex and risks heavy bleeding. In my hospital, the senior consultants clearly explained all options, so please ask your doctor very clearly.
Dilatation and evacuation for cervical ectopic is highly risky due to hemorrhage. I strongly advise consulting a gynecological oncologist or senior specialist immediately.
I totally understand how scary and complicated this must feel, dear. Please don't take any decision without a specialist's guidance, your safety is everything.
