I was having discharge regularly but since 2 days its almost nothing. Im around 16 weeks. Is this normal or should i be worried? Anyone else noticed it stop suddenly?
Honestly, the discharge quantity can really change from day to day or week to week. I remember some days it was more, some days less, it's not always constant. As long as it's clear or milky white and doesn't have a bad smell or cause itching, it's usually fine. But if you're worried, ask your gynac, they've heard it all!
Oh, I totally understand how every little change during pregnancy can make you anxious! Discharge can vary, so it might lessen sometimes. But if it completely disappears and you feel worried, or notice any other unusual symptoms, please please call your doctor. It's always best to get peace of mind from a medical professional. Don't hesitate.
The amount of discharge can definitely vary during pregnancy, it's all linked to hormonal changes. For me, with my thyroid condition, I was always very careful about any changes in my body. If it completely stops or changes colour/smell, or if you feel any discomfort, a quick call to your doctor is always the safest bet. Don't delay.
It's normal for discharge to fluctuate during pregnancy, it might seem to stop or lessen sometimes. As long as there's no foul smell, itching, or weird color, usually it's nothing to worry about. Our bodies go through so many changes! Try not to overthink every little thing, just relax and trust your body, but if you're truly concerned, talk to your doctor.
Sometimes the discharge can fluctuate, it doesn't always stay heavy. It can seem to reduce for a bit and then increase again. But if it completely stops and you feel very dry, or notice any unusual symptoms like itching, burning, or weird smell, then it's always better to consult your gynac. Otherwise, minor changes are often normal.
With twins, I felt like my body was doing double duty with hormones, so my discharge also had its own personality swings! Haha. It can definitely fluctuate, so a temporary reduction isn't always a red flag. But if it completely disappears and you feel dry, or if it changes color/smell, definitely let your doctor know. Better safe than sorry, especially with two little ones inside!
I'm in my second trimester too, and sometimes I feel like my discharge is less than before, which makes me a bit nervous. Does anyone else feel like this? My gynac said normal changes happen, but I keep checking. If it stops totally, I think definitely ask the doc, right?
