Can do pregnancy test after how much days after intercourse?

We are trying since last month and im so impatient to know. Its been only few days since and I keep wanting to test. How long do I actually have to wait for an accurate result? Pls tell.

Be patient, dear. Wait for your period date, and if it is late by 4-5 days, then do the test, it will give you the right result.
