I suddenly started liking avocado, never ate it before pregnancy haha. Was thinking of blending it into a juice with some milk. Is it okay to have during this time or too heavy? pls share.
Avocado is actually full of healthy fats and folate, quite good in pregnancy. Just dont load the juice with loads of sugar or condensed milk. Easy and nutritious.
Avocado was my favourite during pregnancy, so creamy and filling. I made a mild milkshake with it, not too much sugar. So good for those evening cravings honestly.
