I usually drink warm water after meals and now after conceiving my aunt said not to take too hot. I am confused because normal cold water also makes me cough. Is warm water okay in daily routine?
Warm water is good na, my amma always told me to sip it especially in the mornings. It soothes the throat and tummy. Just keep it warm not boiling, and you're fine.

Warm water is totally fine, I drank it all through both pregnancies, good for digestion and acidity. Just don't make it scalding hot, lukewarm is enough.
