My PMS signs are here, slight cramps and sore chest, but this month feels thoda different somehow. We are trying so my brain wont stop overthinking. Can these same symptoms actually be pregnancy?
Yes! I had typical period-like backache and bloating and thought I was definitely out that month. Did anyone else also get heavy white discharge along with these cramps?

Haha oh yes! I thought my period was coming because of the exact same cramps and mood swings, but here I am now, awake at 3 AM with a baby. It is very confusing!
Haan na, absolutely same lagta hai starting mein! PMS symptoms and early pregnancy feel exactly identical, so test ke bina samajhna bahut mushkil hota hai.
