im only like 7 weeks and my lower back is paining quite a lot already. i thought back pain comes later when belly grows. is this normal so early or should i mention it to my doc?
Some back discomfort can be normal early on, but severe pain isn't something I'd ignore. Mine once turned out to need checking. Please tell your doctor, especially if there's any bleeding, fever or one sided pain with it.
A little back pain in early weeks is quite common dear, the body is changing fast. But if it's truly severe or with any other symptom, don't wait it out, ring your doctor. Better to be reassured than worried at home.
Mild back ache is common early because of hormones loosening things up, I had it both times. But 'severe' is different, that you shouldn't just brush off. If it's intense or comes with bleeding or cramps, call your gynac and get checked.
I had nagging lower back pain early and panicked it was something wrong. My gynac said mild is normal but flagged that severe should be reported. Did anyone else get back pain so early? it scared me.
