Monsoon aa gaya and i keep craving bhutta so badly. 2nd trimester chal raha hai. Is corn ok to eat regularly or only sometimes? pls tell na im not able to resist.
Corn is fine and has good fibre, I ate sweet corn and boiled bhutta often. My mother said it is wholesome food. Just avoid the very buttery cheesy street ones too much, otherwise enjoy it.
Corn is cheap, filling and nutritious which is perfect during pregnancy. Boil it at home rather than buying the loaded street version. Easy on the pocket and good for you.
Corn was my monsoon craving and yes you can have it, boiled or roasted is great. The fresh bhutta on rainy days got me through, so good. Just have it freshly cooked and clean.
