I have such a strong craving for dilpasand these days, the sweet one from the bakery. Im in my second trimester. Is it fine to have once in a while or should i avoid the maida and all?
You can eat it occasionally, no problem. Just keep an eye on the sugar since its quite sweet. Balance it with proper meals. Cravings are normal, one piece here and there is okay.

I love dilpasand too but just a gentle note, it has a lot of sugar. I developed gestational diabetes so I had to watch sweets carefully. If your sugar levels are fine, occasional is okay, but maybe ask your doctor to be safe if you eat it often.
Haan one dilpasand wont harm you, I had my share of cravings too haha. Just dont make it your daily breakfast, its very sweet and heavy. Have it once in a while and enjoy, totally fine.
