With this heat i've been adding sabja to my nimbu paani almost daily. Then my cousin said something about it not being safe in pregnancy and now im a little worried. Is it actually fine or should i stop na?
A little should be okay but I always prefer to ask my gynac before adding new seeds in pregnancy. Everyone reacts differently na. Better to confirm than guess.
I had sabja soaked in water with milk or sherbet sometimes, in small amounts it felt fine and cooling. I didnt take large quantities though. If you have any specific condition, just check once with your doctor.
