I had an ectopic last year and it was a really hard time for me. Now we want to try again but im honestly so scared it might repeat. Has anyone here gone through it more than once or had a normal pregnancy after?
Yes unfortunately it can happen again, the risk is a bit higher if youve had one before. I had one and my doctor monitored my next pregnancy very early with scans. Please get an early scan and stay in touch with your gynac from the start.
I know how frightening this thought is, I have been through loss myself. It can recur but with early monitoring doctors catch it sooner now. Be gentle with yourself and lean on your doctor closely.

My gynac told me having one ectopic does raise the chance of another, but it is not certain at all. The key is early scans to confirm the pregnancy is in the right place. She kept a close watch on me because of my history.
