Can efa be taken with folic acid during pregnancy?
My doc has me on folic acid and i also have an omega efa supplement at home from before. Can both be taken together or does one affect the other? didnt want to start without asking.
My doctor actually had me on folic acid and an omega/EFA supplement during pregnancy, so they can go together in many cases. But she decided the doses and spacing. Please dont mix supplements without your gynac approving it for you specifically.
