Used a digital test and it showed positive but somehow im not fully believing it, maybe coz its too good to be true. Can these electronic ones also give a false result? Should I retest to be sure?
My digital one said not pregnant first, I was sad, then 3 days later it said pregnant. So yes it can be wrong if early. Did this happen to anyone else too? Waiting really matters.
Any test can give a wrong reading if you test too soon or with diluted urine. Use first morning urine and test after the missed period. If the digital says no but you still have symptoms, retest after a few days or get a blood test.
Digital tests are quite accurate but yes they can be wrong if used too early or not as per instructions. My doc said a false negative is more common than a false positive, usually from testing before the hCG is high enough. Always confirm a result with a blood test through your gynac.
